Amalfi Coast
& Sorrento.

One peninsula, two coastlines and a collection of places with very different stories. Sorrento looks across the Bay of Naples; beyond the mountains, the Amalfi Coast meets the sea in steep terraces and small towns.

There is more here than a beautiful view. Maritime history, local craft, gardens, fishing villages and everyday life give each stop its character. Start with the map, then choose the places you want to get to know.

01 / FIND YOUR WAY

Explore the coast.

The towns look close on a map, but the winding roads and the geography of the peninsula shape every journey.

A useful distinction: Sorrento is on the Sorrentine Peninsula, facing the Bay of Naples. It is not on the Amalfi Coast, but it is a practical starting point for exploring the area.

02 / THE PLACES

Where would you like to go?

01

Sorrento

Set on cliffs overlooking the Bay of Naples, Sorrento combines panoramic views with a compact historic centre. Citrus growing, craftsmanship and the sea are part of its identity. It also makes a convenient base for exploring Pompeii, Capri and the Amalfi Coast.
